Dr. Alexander Lindemann

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Alexander Lindemann is President of the Swiss Capital Market Forum and Founding Partner of LINDEMANNLAW. He advises investment funds, asset managers, private clients, investors and banks in legal, regulatory and tax matters. He advises in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and Liechtenstein. In addition, he is a frequent speaker and publisher on capital market and tax issues.

Having grown up in Munich, Alexander studied at University of Bayreuth, Julius-Maximilian University Würzburg and W&L School of Law in Virginia /USA. Alexander has worked in leading positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers , Credit Suisse & Clifford Chance before founding Lindemann Rechtsanwälte. He has been board member of a pension fund for many years. Alexander is father of three children.

Magdalena boškić

Magdalena Boškić is Head RegTech & Crypto Compliance Services (CCS) at Sygnum, the world’s first digital asset bank, where she together with her team supports other banks in the compliant offering of crypto assets. The RegTech & CCS offering of Sygnum encompasses crypto compliance consulting and crypto compliance educational services as well as Sygnum’s proprietary crypto asset transaction monitoring tool C-AML.

Prior to joining Sygnum Bank, Magdalena was Head of Compliance at Crypto Finance (Brokerage) AG, a FINMA regulated Securities Firm. Her interest in digital assets was triggered during her time as a Compliance officer at Credit Suisse where she was a member of the Cryptocurrencies Working Group since the end of 2017. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Compliance Working Group of the Crypto Valley Association (CVA) and since June 2022 she is a board member of the OpenVASP Association.

Magdalena studied law in Zurich, Moscow, and St. Gallen, holding a Bachelor of Law from the University of Zurich and a M.A. in Law from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Magdalena is a regular speaker at conferences and writes articles about regulatory aspects of crypto assets.

Matthias Müller

Matthias Müller is Member of the Executive Board at BX Swiss, the Swiss stock exchange focusing on SMEs and private investors, and responsible for the further development of the exchange ecosystem, including the onboarding of new issuers and trading participants. He is also in charge for the online platform Regservices.ch on which BX offers regulatory services to more than 600 banks and financial service providers.

He started his career in the financial sector with UBS and Credit Suisse and has 17 years of professional experience working for both stock exchanges in Switzerland in various roles. Before joining BX Swiss in 2018, he was responsible for the group-wide innovation management of SIX.

Matthias holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HWZ in Zurich and an advanced Swiss Federal Diploma as an expert in financial market operations from AZEK.

Charlene Hui CONG, CFA

Charlene Cong, a member of the Swiss Capitalmarketforum’s executive board and the founder of FinFit GmbH, is a seasoned Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over a decade of experience in finance across Asia and Europe. Her career includes a notable tenure at JPMorgan and roles in banking journalism in Hong Kong, where she delved into the investment strategies of high-net-worth individuals.

With an academic background in Chinese literature and journalism, Charlene offers a unique perspective to the financial realm. Despite the unconventional path into finance, she empathizes with those navigating the field without a formal education, drawing from her own experience. Charlene is a supportive guide for individuals new to finance, assuring them that they are not alone in their journey.
